Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the seiroagency.com website (the "Site"), published by SAS Seiro Agency. Accessing the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

The Site is freely accessible to any user with an internet connection. All costs required for such access (hardware, connection, etc.) are borne by the user.

SAS Seiro Agency makes every effort to keep the Site available but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access, in particular during maintenance or in circumstances beyond its control.

All elements of the Site (text, images, logos, videos, structure, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of SAS Seiro Agency unless stated otherwise. Any unauthorised reproduction or use of these elements is prohibited.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. SAS Seiro Agency exercises no control over those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content.

The Site offers a contact form allowing the user to submit the following information: email address, industry and whether the user already has a website.

This data is collected by SAS Seiro Agency, acting as data controller, for the sole purpose of responding to the user's request. It is retained for 12 months from the last contact and is not shared with any third party, except where required by law.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, users have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to the processing of, and port their data. These rights may be exercised by writing to contact@seiroagency.com.

Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

With the user's prior consent, the Site uses Mixpanel, an audience-measurement tool hosted in the European Union. It measures pages viewed and technical interactions (clicks, scrolling and form submission) in order to improve the Site.

Values entered in the contact form are not sent to Mixpanel. Refusing analytics cookies does not prevent access to the Site. The choice is stored locally and can be changed by clearing the Site's data in the browser.

SAS Seiro Agency may not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from use of the Site, from temporary unavailability, or from an error or omission in the published content.

SAS Seiro Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time the Site is consulted.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
